"Brian B. took my order by phone and came himself to do the work. He arrived as scheduled, looked at each of the faulty door knobs, discussed options with me, and we decided on a course of action. He left briefly to fetch my chosen hardware for a front door unit replacement kit. The hardware was all original (1983) he said and worn out. So he replaced four door knob sets and one entire front door unit, handle and dead bolt. He worked quickly and efficiently, explained and showed me the worn parts, and had me verify that my key worked in the new deadbolt before he left. I was very pleased with the work. "The initial call was a bit sales-y but that is typical.  It was easy to go through although I would have liked them to be more up front about the contract.
A couple weeks later they shipped the security system to my house and I was able to put it together pretty easily. One note: if your door has a recessed frame you don't have to use the in-door system.  With a bit of ingenuity you can work out how to get the external ones to work.  They can meet at right angles.
Other than that you call to get it activated.  The people on the phone are professional and knowledgeable.  So far I'm satisfied.
