We also followed his plan to properly deaden the previous yard. Eddie took the initiative to regrade the yard for low maintenance and sensible irrigation, while suggesting other details that would eliminate future problems. The fabulous work that Eddie and his crew performed became its own advertisement as onlookers were requesting his business card.
