Armando and his team have been maintaining our pool for the past year, and they've done an outstanding job. Their weekly cleaning keeps our pool sparkling and swim-ready. They also perform annual filter maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Since hiring Armando, we've never had issues with the water quality—the chemical balance and chlorine levels are always perfect. The water is so clear that I don't even need swim goggles. I highly recommend giving them a try!

We set up a meeting with Armando, who is the owner/designer of our swimming pool to go over details of what we wanted. Armando’s vast knowledge and expertise in building pools is why we chose to go with his company, Diverse Scape Pools and Spas to build our pool. We met several times to go over details of our pool (we chose Pebble Tec finish) and any changes of anything before we submitted our plans to the city for permits (that’s needed). We love that Armando answered all our questions, explaining to us as a designer what he thinks and what we wanted and the options that are available to us. Bottom line is, we got the pool we wanted and was very satisfied with the customer service that was provided to us from the very first meeting through the completion of our pool. We loved also that Armando oversaw everything from the beginning to the completion of our pool. The integrity that Armando showed us speaks volumes for his character and his company! I would highly recommend Diverse Scape Pools & Spas. We hired Armando and his crew to replaster our swimming pool and install new tile and we are beyond happy with the result. He was honest and very diligent with communication from day one- always responding to texts and calls in a prompt time. Pricing was extremely fair. We never felt he was trying to overprice anything or sell something that wasnâ t needed. He is extremely knowledgeable in pools. His crew was always polite and did an amazing detailed job. Armando updated us on progress throughout the process and from beginning told us of possible scenarios due to age of pool and we very much appreciated his expertise. They were able to detect a leak and even repaired our steps. We are happy we found an excellent trustworthy company for our pool needs!

We definitely recommend Diverse! We needed pool repairs quickly for insurance purposes. Armando came out and provided a verbal and written estimate within a day. He was very responsive to our needs and worked diligently to provide a solution within our timeline and budget. Work began within a week with a 5-10 day completion date. My wife and I are SO glad we found Armando and his company to remove our old pool and design and build the new one. With his team, it was all smooth, honest, and of the highest quality. The amount of time Armando spent with us, walking with us through this huge project, frankly it made us feel like we were his only client! He was always available by phone or text and he would regularly check in with us about how we were feeling about the project as a whole or what the next step is. He would always tell us what to expect the next day ("My guys will be here at 10 am to do the following..." "I'll be there Thursday with the soils inspector" etc.) Speaking of inspectors, he knows how to navigate all the city/county red tape and how to explain it to you. Another thing we liked was his honesty about some additional tasks that were needed that we hadn't even thought about. He was -not- out to make more money, but was genuinely concerned: For example, he brought to our attention the drainage issues with the slope of our yard and that it needed attention and that he could take care of it. Armando is -always- willing to help in any ancillary tasks that may arise (like finding us a tree trimmer to reduce the leaves that fall into the pool; or taking on the task of removing of our old above ground hot tub). I was impressed with his deep knowledge of how the interactions of the many different materials needs to be taken into consideration. And what a beautiful pool! Armando takes pride in his team's work. He made himself available to teach us how to run the new equipment. He also came over after it got dark to show us how the cool pool and spa lights work. I'm sure I'm forgetting other blessings of us choosing this company. I would absolutely recommend him to all.

Good communication good experience

Excellent customer service! Armando was a pleasure to work with throughout the whole pool remodel process. He provided photos/samples and always communicated through all of the steps until the project was completed. Weekly pool maintenance was also a pleasant experience! I can not begin to say what an incredible experience we have had with Diverse Scape Pools & Spas! They were one of several companies referred to us and suffice to say we are so lucky to have had them do this project. Armando took our ideas of what we wanted and made them better than we could have ever dreamed of. Taking a yard filled with weeds and broken concrete and making it paradise! Their work ethic is superior! Everyone that had a hand in this project from the beginning was kind and respectful. I can honestly say choosing them would be the best decision anyone can make! Homeowners' patience is a must as supply chain issues arise but I will say again it is worth the wait!

Prior to getting a pool installed at my home I heard of so many horror stories about working with pool contractors. I can tell you that working with Diverse Scape Pools & Spas was not that story.
