He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. "We placed an order back in May 2021. We were told there was a bit of a turnaround to have the custom parts made, and that because our shower is in the corner of the room, they would have to install the tub/surround one day and come back to install the glass separately. We were advised that it would only be a week in between these installs. There were delays in making the parts due to pandemic staffing issues at the factory, which we totally understand, but we had to reach out to them several times before we were given any updates on what was happening and why we hadn't heard from them. Work done on the install day was great, but after the install, it took about 2 weeks just to have someone come out just to measure for the glass. Now been about 3 weeks after the measuring and our shower still has no glass, because apparently there is still a piece missing. The call center is polite and professional, but they are not great at calling me back when they say they will, and always need to speak with a project manager who seems to never be in the office. It is disappointing that it has been such a scheduling nightmare, because the actual work is good- but we ordered this work in May and it is now September and we don't have a finished shower. Really hope they can work out their scheduling issues in the future & that we eventually can have our glass doors installed."

Their tile man and painter did exquisite work. After the glass shower, vanity, and tub were installed, I was extremely happy with the results. And you will too if you choose to use them.
