After much work, this is how our subflooring repair and tile job came out. The next photos show the process of how much work went into this job. Enjoy!
At this stage we laid out the studs per plan and were ready to start building the first wall.
The old stained sink and faucet had to go.
After removing the old toilet, I saw that the flange had a piece broken where the seating screw is attached. This had to be fixed before installing the new toilet. These are items that are not visible when you give a bid.
