"Well technically, Locksmith Express did not show up. Apparently, Jeff had hand surgery or an injury of some sort. But instead of canceling, he sent over another locksmith, which was perfectly fine. I give 4 stars b/c Locksmith Express was at least responsible enough to send a replacement (I have had contractors who simply do not show up at all w/o any explanation!). But I cannot give 5 stars only b/c I did not deal them directly!"
