"Overall, it was excellent. Jerry (the owner) came out and was very straight forward as to what needs to be done. Price (compared to 6 other companies) could not be beat. Work was scheduled reasonably quickly and went smoothly. Problems were discovered after installation and when made aware, Jerry and his crew made sincere efforts to set it right – and were able to solve the issues in couple of visits. All of the crew and management went out of their way to ensure that we were satisfied with the work and overall result. Would definitely consider Liberty Plumbing for future work."

"We were impressed with Jason’s presentation of the Mitsubishi system, and we really appreciated learning about the HERO program from him. We got a good estimate,ate for the work but were planning to do our roof repair first with adding solar and thought we would do this job after. Things worked out with that Jason got our work scheduled and done BEFORE the roof/solar which worked out because in Sept/Oct we still had some hot days, Thie crew was professional and extremely hard working, and poor guys, in hot weather, sweating in our attic/crawl space. Which they left with improvements! The system was up and running (2 downstairs units, 4 upstairs) in 6 working days. After a week we did have a problem, nothing worked and they came out promptly to troubleshoot, ordered new circuit board and installed as soon as it arrived. Been running fine since then, and this is also heating so I am looking forward to heating with solar instead of gas."

"On initial inspection, they discovered that our old heat registers were the kind with asbestos (house built in the 60's), so they had to sub out the abatement part of the job. Once abatement was complete, the workers showed up each day at the time they said they would arrive. They were all friendly and professional. They kept everything clean. The took pictures in the attic to show me before, during, and after the work. They explained what they were doing and showed me the new ducting they were installing (quiet ducts) and explained the more "up-to-date" way of putting in the duct work than what we had. After the work was complete, we noted that the furnace ran much quieter (due to new ducting), and it ran WAY less often. The house stayed much warmer while running the furnace much less often. Best of all, our gas bill dropped! Now that we're moving into summer, the house seems to be staying cooler on these warm days. We don't have A/C so we're hoping the new insulation will keep the house cooler as the days continue to warm up. Very happy with the company and all the work they did. I would recommend them!"

"I had a 30+ year old air conditioner system that went out during the hottest time of the year. We contacted multiple HVAC contractors who didn't even want to diagnose the system, they just looked at it and said it needs replacement and gave us some outrageous pricing for it. Then we called Cool Air For You. They sent out Vadim who actually took his time with our unit and gave his honest recommendation. He let us know our compressor is out but our unit is completely rusted. He said he could possibly repair the compressor but there would be no guarantees how long the repairs would last. He also let us know that if the unit goes out again there would be no saving it and replacing would be our only option. He also said that if we do replace our system we would also have to replace the refrigerant lines as ours were currently made from plastic...this is something no other contractor told us. Since we were dying in our home due to how hot it was, we decided to go with the repair for now but had him give us a quote for replacement. A month later our unit was still working good but we decided to go ahead with replacement. We called back Cool Air For You on a Monday and spoke with Claudia she answered the phone right away and was able to get the install scheduled for that Friday. The installers, Victor and Andre came right at 8am, they laid out drop clothes on my floor so they wouldn't get my floors dirty...they worked very hard and stood at my place till the job was complete. They left around 6pm. Overall excellent experience with all aspects of this company, from the office, techs and installers. Honest and fair priced companies are hard to come by these days. Highly recommend to all friends and family. I never leave reviews but this company exceeded all my expectations!"

"Excellent - We wanted to change our AC/Gas furnace system to a heat pump system and decided to use Tarpy. They provided a very comprehensive review of our needs, and spent additional time with me on the phone to help me choose the best and the most cost effective system for installation. Chris and David arrived on time and were very efficient with removal of the old system and installation of the new. They also corrected a couple of errors due to the previous installation (correcting bad welding on the Freon line, and installing a correct condensate discharge). Not a big job, 5 checked off, 1 didn't call back, two weren't interested, to far, and one sent a salesman. The one installer did a great job, and finished quickly"

New valve was installed without having to remove and replace shower tile. I was not charged for the plumber's time spent installing the two defective valves received from supplier."

"Paul Johnson made a positive first impression by returning our initial Friday PM voicemail by calling us the following day, Saturday. He showed up on time to examine our system and then provided an estimate with several options. Ultimately, we requested a specific brand and Paul was very accommodating in getting us exactly what we wanted at a very fair price. We had some additional questions before making a final decision and scheduled an appointment for late on a Friday afternoon. He called shortly before he was due to arrive to let us know he was tied up on a service call and apologized that he would be later than expected. Although the repair was at a location more than 40 miles away from our home, he said he would come as soon as he was finished or, as an alternative, he could come see us on Saturday. Preferring to see him that evening, he happily drove up to meet with us that night.

This test is performed by a licensed independent third party to verify that the Installation meets very specific California Energy Efficiency Standards. Our installation not only met, but far exceeded, those standards. When I told the inspector the installation was done by Johnson Air, he said he wasn't surprised we had such excellent test results.
