He gave me a quote for a standard bathtub job and I was able to schedule the work for two days later. On the day of the work he called and said he was running a bit late. Once he arrived, he went to work quickly. I left him in the house to work as it was not occupied yet. I came back to a brand new looking tub! Paul made this an easy, quick, and clean job. "They did a good job. We purchased the Angie's Deal for new granite countertops for $1499. Of course we ended up choosing a higher priced granite, needing more granite square footage than the deal covered, and upgrading the sink for additional cost. They also needed to move up the electrical outlets to accommodate for the new 6 inch granite backsplash. Bryan and his team did the entire job in 2 days and were great. One thing to mention is that they do not hook back up the sink after the job. They were very clear about that in their estimate. We called a separate plumber for that the next day. Overall, very happy with my counters. Now if someone else would just do the cooking in there!"

"They were the 1st to respond to my email (within the hour) and by far the most courteous, friendliest, & professional folks I reached out to out of a quite a few.  I spoke with them on the phone and that went very well too. In the end we ended up not having them do the work, but only because we found a friend in the business who gave us an unbeatable price.  I should say that while our friend was much cheaper than any of the other quotes we received that BNS DID offer to match the price (which i know was a great deal).  In this case, the loyalty to the friend one the bid, but otherwise BNS would have definitely had the job.  I've kept these guys on my Rolodex so to speak.
