"In another review, I said they broke the French drain. They did not do that but they did a whole lot of other really stupid things They removed the first 2 feet of a brick pathway and put river rock there instead who even does that and why??? who steps over river rock to get to the front of their house? They took all of the river rock out of a 20‘ x 1‘ erosion control ditch, took out the weed suppression cloth, threw it away, Filled up this ditch with dirt some of which came from 7 feet inside my yard & put a few rocks on the top. They had river rock left over so they decided to throw it all over my flower bed. As they were digging up dirt from 7 feet in my yard they broke our drip irrigation in two places and hacked up a bunch of flowers growing for the spring. When they threw the river rock in my garden they killed a significant portion of the flowers growing there. To cover their tracks digging 7 feet into our yard. They reconnected the obsolete overhead system to my drip line system when they were doing so they found a piece of broken PVC so they decided to just throw it into my bushes real classy. You can’t even throw garbage away in the right spot. They thought they’d broken a sprinkler head 6 feet into my property as they were digging out dirt (illegally)so, to cover their a****,they went down to the hardware store bought a new sprinkler headand put a new overhead sprinkler in. I’ve removed all of the overhead sprinklers, and we only use drip. I had to fix the irrigation myself because it’s getting dry and my plants would’ve died. Unfortunately there’s another leak down by the sidewalk still down deep in the dirt somewhere when I turn on the irrigation, it turns into a swamp by the sidewalk. They blocked my 78-year-old tenant in her home for three weeks. They falsely claimed they sent her two warning letters. She is not a slouch. She has a PhD and teaches online for San Jose State university. She literally could not leave her house because she had no brick pathway to walk down nor could she get her car out of the garage. She had to order groceries and takeout food online for three weeks and could not get into her friends car because she couldn’t walk down the rocky and broken up driveway or broken up sidewalk I would never suggest you hire this company until they answer for all of these problems. This review remains. When I met with a rep from UPM, he looked at me and said what proof do you have that we did any of this? In all of my 67 years on this planet nothing like this is ever happened to my garden! To suggest that we don’t know who did it is absolutely absurd. I’ve been waiting five weeks for the city of Stockton to hold this company accountable. If you live in the city is Stockton be very suspicious of the public works department go straight over their heads to a woman called Rosie Alvarez. Don’t waste your time with the junior engineers. It’s a lesson you learn in kindergarten fix what you broke. put things away in the right spot put your big boy pants on grow up. Admit your mistake. Apologize and fix it."

"On March 1 2019 Shane Stanley (business owner) and I made the contract to resurface my driveway and get rid of low spots to make the water rain into the grass. On this day, I gave him partial payment. Shane told me that this job was going to be “one day, two at the most Juan” I believed him. He started the job right away, after the first day working there, he job was delayed due to rain (understandable) on March 11th Shane came up to me and said “Hey Juan, tomorrow we will finish here, maybe before you come from work, can I get the rest on the money to buy some materials?” I gave him the rest of the money and the next day all his equipment was gone, it has been three months and Shane Stanley is not coming back to finish his job. Very dishonest company. Shane never calls me and when I call him he tells me he is sorry and he is coming back the following week, I have been very flexible but at this point I know he is not as honest as he presents himself; don’t be fooled like me; look for somebody else to do the job. Look at the pictures, low spots everywhere, leftover material for me to clean..."
