I call Xanders because 2 other companies I set up up for the job never showed. Sal came out right away the next morning and assured me he could the job that day. He was very professional, kind and able to accommodate my needing the job done ASAP. He took before and after pics so I could see how much better it looks. He is pays close attention to detail and making sure everything was cleaned perfectly. He worked a miracle for me. I completely trust him and will use his services again. I definitely recommend Sal.

My backyard patios were very dirty. Xander Sanitation did an excellent job getting them clean . Sal was exceptionally nice and very professional. They also did a portion of my driveway that was dirty with the same results. I had them wash the outside of my windows as well. I manage an apartment complex. The resting area that needed cleaning had a lot of gum. Xander Sanitation is one of the very few that steam hot pressure wash. Removed all gum and the area looks nice. Highly recommend. They will be doing it again every 6 months.

Pressure washed my driveway along with sidewalk and backyard around pool. Also offered to clean my trash bins. Something i didnt know i needed until he washed them. He has a truck that lifts the bins and steam washes the interior of the bins. I was happy with the service that i signed up for a bi monthly cleaning of trash bins. Hassle free and clean bins

My wife and I where thinking of redoing our 4 car driveway, do to being dirty/stained got couple of quotes but prices where to high. We came across Xanders Sanitation spoke to the owner he was super professional, he explained to my wife and i that we didnâ t have to spend thousands of dollars to give our house the clean look that we wanted and to trust him. And we did!!!! All I have to say is WOW.. we didnâ t think our driveway could look so clean and new. We were amazed in the quality of work so my wife decided to have him power wash our wood fence, garage doors and also sanitize our trash bins by-weekly.
