Zerorez SoCalThey had an equipment malfunction on the truck, which required then stopping and returning 2 days later. However, this was better than trying to clean when things weren't working right. We had a new puppy and they did a great job cleaning up after - we haven't had one accident in the 2 weeks since. Although our white carpet does have some stains remaining. There were a number of add on charges that weren't explained clearly when I phoned. Although they seemed reasonable. Extra charges for pet treatment, $150., Extra charges for carpeted master bath and walk in closet - $60, Spot removal system $50. The carpet is amazingly soft and fluffy and dried quite fast considering we had it cleaned on the first day of a week of rains!! Even our Christmas guests commented on how soft and fluffy the carpet seemed. Would use them again - hopefully we can save the extra charges!- Mary M.

They said in order to come to my house for quote I have to empty the entire house! Then they would come after the house is empty and give me a quote well that would only give me three days to move out of the house so that’s ridiculous. All I wanted them to do is clean the floors and dust and mop I felt that unsuitable I located another company that could come through and give me a quote with my house full of furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless it’s a small job

I was given "the big sales spiel" and he required payment before he began the job. He took no measurements, but charged me for cleaning 1200 sq. ft. of wall-to-wall carpet in an 1800 sq.ft. house. In fact he only cleaned the center of the rooms and around furniture, never moving anything. There is a California King sized bed in the main bedroom that takes up most of the room. Only the perimeter was cleaned. I later discovered an area next to the end of the sofa that was literally black from a spill. It hadn't been touched. He claimed the job would "be perfect".
He claimed that he would "do the baseboards" (whatever that means) which he couldn't have done without moving the sofa out. He said he would clean the window and door tracks. Didn't. He talked about a "complementary car wash", but nothing materialized. Although he used a fan for a short while, it still took overnight to dry. The most shocking to me was the price, and the fact that I paid it. The most I have ever paid, and for better jobs, was $300. I can only advise others to get other estimates before committing.
