Was honest that they were going to be closed for a Xmas break and I wouldn't get my carpets back in time for the holidays. Delivered as promised in January. This is is the ONLY vendor on the Monterey Peninsula with the large industrial machines necessary to thoroughly clean area rugs and antique carpets from both sides, not just the top like regular carpet services.
I also had them do large area rugs before with bad stains, they warned me which ones probably wouldn't come out. They got all the discolorations and light stains out, as promised.
