Gilbert had no problem with the complex instructions and did a fine job even going out to get screws that had been inserted incorrectly. Gilbert was professional and worked quickly. Jason and Josh were super helpful with suggestions and solutions to unforseen circumstances. The doors had to be widened, the shower expanded and level floor for wheelchair access, toilet moved, sink and vanity changed, lighting upgraded, ramp built, grab bars installed.
