The electrician came out the next morning, because he knew this could be a big problem. After checking all the outlets on the circuit, determined it was an old, 30 year old coffee grinder. Our mind was at rest."

It is such a vulnerable position to put yourself in, to have computer repair work done by a stranger, and finding a truly trustworthy person to deal with can almost seem impossible. On top of that, the vast majority of IT people seem to relish in being condescending and seem to love to make you feel terrible about your equipment etc. Not Varuzh, from the time I called to explain the issue I was having and all the way through his service, he listened intently, offered great and reasonable solutions and put my mind to ease right away. He also worked very quickly and efficiently. And he even went as far as to offer help and suggestions for another family member who was experiencing similar issues.
