Did his job in a timely manner and worked out well. Highly accountable, due to some remodeling at my place, had to reconfigure my system which was installed couple years ago, reached out to him for some help, Got help and support immediately. Dont think twice. Just use Primetek if you like working with a professional who is knowledgable, fair, honest and responsive. Julian at Primetek will be my audio and computer tech going forward! Update: I had Julian come back to assist me again with my mesh wi-fi setup, which was malfunctioning. It was an equipment issue (Google Mesh System), and not anything to do with Julian's installation. Once again Julian was the consummate professional with the knowledge needed to isolate the problem and fix it. Honestly, this is one of the best tech support individuals you could ask for. I will continue to call Julian at Primetek whenever I have an issue!

I have used many Home Theater techs some cheaper but they were also much slower, Julien was very knowledgable.
