"We had a great experience with Rock Solid Drains. Coltin and Clavey were both exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I don't want to have to call a plumber again, but if I do, I know it will be Rock Solid Drains."
"These guys are the best.
Did a partial home repipe of both the water and drain pipes. Other plumbers tried to upsell us by replacing newer pipes and the water heater.
Ray and Alex just did the repiping that was necessary.
Excellent communication, friendly and on time.
Even worked in tough, rainy conditions.
Ray owns his own business and takes pride in his work.
Recommended him to all my neighbors."
"The worker fixed the Toto toilet, installing all the factory replacement parts I supplied, and everything if fine now, a much better situation than having to get a whole new toilet. Also I probably could have done the job but if it did not work Id catch hell after, and Im not a plumber. As a plus he tightened the kitchen faucet which had become loose, spending a bit of time on it and not charging for it. Would recommend and use them again."
"Chance and Terry were efficient and very pleasant. They represented the business very well. I look forward to an ongoing relationship with Bragg's as they help me with the heating and plumbing needs of my home."
Your plumbing problem becomes our problem to solve.\n\nThat’s not just a tagline, it’s how we operate. When you call GOFLOW, you’re getting a team that knows this area, knows plumbing, and genuinely cares about doing the job right.\n\nWe’re not a franchise. We’re not a call center routing you to whoever’s available. We’re a local company built by plumbers who got tired of watching customers get treated like transactions instead of people.
"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? Thank you for your time & assistance."
"Elias TJ and Matt arrived when planned and got right to work. Friendly, answered all my questions. New shower surround and tub ready to use by 7:00 pm. Was very pleased with their work and the Jacuzzi plumber called in to change water inlet piping from cast iron to a new piping. Really appreciated the fact they were proficient and did not bash other companies . Please change wording from demolition to reconstruction. Demolition connotes blowing things up."
"It was a pleasure doing business with Carson. He was always professional, prompt and reliable. I feel like Iâ ve found a good plumber for all future jobs."
"Chance arrived at the time he waid he would, and found a very inexpensive way to repair the problem I was having with my furnace blower. He could have snowed me and charged much more, but he found very nice, easy and very affordable fix. I am very pleased."
Affordable Plumbers questions, answered by experts
Unplanned expenses during plumbing upgrades stem from mandatory permit fees and required inspections. Contractors discover failing clay sewer laterals or lead pipes in older Healdsburg neighborhoods, triggering mandatory replacements. Additional expenses arise from difficult trenching in expansive clay soils near the river. Upgrading a system for an accessory dwelling unit requires larger water meters and new connection fees.
Helpful?
Always verify local permit requirements and current water shortage restrictions before beginning any plumbing work. Request a video inspection of your sewer lateral to uncover hidden damage early. For older CA homes, hire a licensed professional to check for lead or galvanized pipes. Schedule your non-urgent projects between November and February to avoid the busy spring and summer construction seasons.
Helpful?
Treat leaks and pressure issues as urgent emergencies due to Healdsburg drought mandates and wildfire risks. Address slow drains or sewage odors immediately, as older neighborhoods feature aging sewer lines. Exposed plumbing requires winterization before freezing temperatures arrive. Schedule cosmetic fixture upgrades or low-flow retrofits during the slower fall and winter seasons when local contractors have open availability.
Helpful?
Simple plumbing repairs take one day once a contractor arrives. Complex projects like whole-house repiping require three to six weeks from the initial application to the final inspection. Schedule your work during the winter to reduce contractor wait times. Securing permits and scheduling inspections in Healdsburg adds several weeks to your timeline, especially during the busy spring and summer months.
Helpful?
Upgrading your plumbing provides immediate compliance with CA water conservation rules and lowers your monthly utility bills. Completing these projects in the off-season helps you avoid peak contractor backlogs. Long-term benefits include increased property value in a highly competitive real estate market and improved drought resilience. Properly elevated systems also mitigate future flood damage for properties located near the Russian River.
