Integrity plumbing is definitely the best value of any subcontractor I have worked with. They are knowledgable, efficient, prompt, communicative, and stand by their quality on various plumbing needs. They saved us thousands of dollars, and uncovered a lot of faulty work from other plumbers. Do not use any other plumber.

Sean is a total life saver! Besides having him fix our hot water in a pinch at our primary home, I’ve called him in two emergencies at our short term rental. One weekend my guests reported that there was no hot water, so I immediately called Sean and he ran through some diagnostics over the phone, had me send a photo of the serial number, then showed up within an hour to fix the problem. My guests had hot water before they came back from their daily activity and I was SO relieved to not have to relocate them for the weekend. Another time a guest reported that our sprinklers were so loud at 3am that they woke up the whole house. I sent Sean over and he identified the cause (water hammer), turned off the sprinklers, and then came back and did all the repair work out in front of my house as soon as the guests left and before the next guest came. Oh and then there was that time that my hose spigot in the backyard was leaking causing a massive water bill, but nothing is ever easy at that

Sean is fantastic! He was first here to install a Moen Flo device as required by our insurance company and he was prompt, courteous and took time to help with the app and questions I had about it. While here, I mentioned the hoops the insurance wanted us to go through and showed him, as he was exiting out of the yard, the automatic gas shut off valve required by insurance that had recently been installed. Much to my disappointment, Sean told me that he was apologetic if I was to be offended, but shared that it was the wrong valve and was incorrectly installed. I panicked because of the fear if something had happened (thank God it had not), the insurance would deny coverage because of the wrong valve installed incorrectly. Sean took the time to explain why what was there was wrong (left picture) and offered to come back and put the right part in correctly (I wouldn’t trust the original installer to come back). I did some research and even called the manufacturer and Sean was 100% right! He arranged to come asap and has righted (right picture) what could have been disastrous! I think Sean is an honest, hard working guy with integrity and will always call him first!

Sean did an amazing job installing my new Moen Water Flo Device which was required by my insurance. Not only did he fully instruct me in the use of the device, he walked me through the App on my phone, showed me where my water meter is and also my gas meter and how to turn my water and gas on and off. It was a pleasure working with him. I highly recommend Sean and this company for all your plumbing needs.👍🏽
