"I spoke with Jerry, and i felt his team were going to do a great job. But his team exceeded my expectations! The Project Manager knocked on the door, introduced himself and explained the processes. When the project was complete, he showed me the before pictures, and promised to return in three weeks or he could return earlier if warranted. According to him, because it rained today much of the mold, mildew, lycon, and algae will be washed away. I am sure with the cleaning of the roof and treating the algae and other unwanted materials on the roof, will look like brand new in a few weeks.
