He completed the measurements, provided an accurate estimate, explained the materials needed, and the scheduling worked out without any issues. Once the installation began, he shared daily updates, which made it easy for us to follow the progress even though we weren?t on site. The installation was done with solid attention to detail. The flooring is clean and precise throughout the rooms, the transitions to tile and carpet are handled well, and the stair work looks smooth and properly aligned. The overall cleanup was also done well. We?re very satisfied with how everything turned out and would recommend Dorel for flooring installation projects."
