"Sales Rep. Joshua from Contra costa county stated they are a good team and they are a team and there's only one pro came and on the first day supposed to come and he was sick so we lost days of work. my husband used a whole vacation week and we lost days . They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project. "I scheduled an appointment to have the carpet in my master bedroom deep cleaned and treat any pet stains. I received a call the day before my appt to provide a time frame of when the technician would arrive. The day of the appointment I received a phone call from the technician to let me know he was on his way. The technician arrived promptly and measured the square footage since I was a first time customer. He informed me that the information would be placed in their system so repeat appointment would have that information. I was asked follow-up questions around my pet so any stains could be treated properly. At the end of the cleaning a blower was set up to help the carpet dry. The cleaning left my carpet looking brand new and the scent used was light and pleasant. I was given a spot cleaning solution for use between appointments. The technician was very professional and took the time to educate me on the process. I was pleased with the overall results and will be a repeat customer and recommending to family and friends."
