"I've been dealing with this company since the beginning of the year.1-5-25. This is the most unprofessional company to work with. From lack of communication, follow through, and completion of my project. I started with the first associate, was handed off to the next associate, given engineered plans that didn't even apply to the building I was installing, sent corrections that weren't correct, resent the plans that were incorrect and haven't received anything since. I was transferred to a manager, whom never contacted me until i contacted Rueben the so called supervisor. With his lack of follow through and Joann's inability to finalize my plans, I'm still waiting. I've reached out numerous times and still no contact from this so called professional firm. Our team has licensed electricians, a civil engineer, water treatment operators, and years of experience in well work.
"We were having a lot of air in our well system. Causing the water to spit and sputter when we turned on the tap inside. They came out quickly and fixed the problem. It’s been a couple weeks now and it’s been so nice not having to go manually purge the air from our tank! Kind and courteous and highly recommend them. We are having them come back to install a water treatment light into our system next."
