The estimate detailed the scope of work to be performed, all cost involved and a very reasonable down payment amount. Required permits were pulled and approved prior to his beginning work and all work was completed within the timeframe prescribed. I met with Jeff three (3) times: 1. For the estimate, 2. To deliver the deposit check and 3. For final review and final payment. Jeff was on time, all the time (even when I was running late, he contacted me to let me know that he was at the site, awesome). The work that JB Construction provided was impeccable and worthy of this positive review. They came to me with "A" recommendations from other Angie's List member review, therefore I was able to make my choice with confidence..

"We give them good grades all the way down. The gentleman who did the installation was very meticulous. It went very well. We had two things done. It wasn't the cheapest. We kind of shopped around a little bit but the professionalism of the other place that we investigated just didn't stand up. There is a gentleman who works for Sierra Timberline named Andrew and he is the most meticulous craftsman ever. He is a perfectionist. He did a fabulous job. It was a little expensive but sometimes you just get what you pay for.
