He also took a look at several things and told us what were urgent projects and what could wait given our budget. It felt like he was really there to provide for service and help us. I got quotes from two vendors and chose Drain Masters as they understood the effort needed and provided reasonable options using newer techniques to cut down the cost. Felix was the lead for my project and did a great job. He was very communicative and managed his team and the project well. There was a follow on fix needed which they identified when doing a final check. I would not have ever noticed it but they did and took care of it quickly. I highly recommend."
