"I don't normally write reviews, but I want to tell how Jose and So-Cal Plumbing and Rooter went out of the way and beyond the call of duty to fix my outdoor plumbing problem. Large puddles of water were forming in front of our house, which turned out to be a water main leak. Jose came to give me an estimate in the morning, arrived that afternoon with his crew, and finished the job by dinner time.  But it turned out I had more than a water main leak. After the crew left there was still a large puddle in the front yard the next day that wouldn't drain. I later learned that high water pressure was also causing a leak in the sprinkler system. I called Jose again. I figured another puddle in the front yard meant maybe they had missed something and needed to complete the job they had started. Jose came back and told me this job was not a plumbing problem but a landscape problem, which they don't normally do. He offered to return later in the day to replace the sprinkler pipes no charge, but replacing the pressure regulator to solve the long-term problem would cost another $600 and that was low-balling it. I couldn't afford the additional cost so I asked to just have the sprinkler pipes repaired.  Well, Jose called me back an hour later and told me he wanted to do this job right and solve the bigger problem. He decided to replace the pressure regulator for no additional charge. Then he came and did just what he said. His extra care and conscientious effort really made my day. Just to know that it was important to Jose to not only finish the job but go beyond the call of duty tells me how much pride he has in what he does. I highly recommend these guys. "
