I’ve been dealing with many contractors and they all have been unprofessional, dirty, and they slowly neglect the job to work elsewhere, leaving mine incomplete. The foundation work started with in a couple of days after we signed the contract. If this was a different contractor, I can positively say that I would still be waiting for the work to begin. "I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

My wife and I are architects and have repaired a few homes and did much of the work ourselves. but we were not going to tackle lifting the foundation nor leveling the sloping floors. the planning was tricky for us all due to COVID, but once we got going, we were completely satisfied with the work, the service, and the good humor of the Foundation Solutions team.
