"Chris and his assistant showed up on time and were very professional.  Chris walked around the house with me so I could show him what I needed done and he was very accommodating even making some suggestions of his own.  They used drop cloths everywhere they worked so they wouldn't scratch the floors and even asked me about how low I wanted the chandelier to hang. They got up on a very high ladder to change it.  It looks great! One of my patio lights was broken when they took it out of the box so they couldn't install it, but once I have it fixed Chris just told me to call him and he would come back and install it for me. We also had a couple of questions concerning some other plugs in the house and he was very nice about answering our questions.  I purchased the offer he had for $649.00 and it was well worth it.  I also feel better knowing that my lighting was installed by a professional.  I would highly recommend Chris for all electrical jobs.

The job was complicated by the fact that these rooms are located on the middle floor of a 3-story house so additional holes needed to be cut in the ceilings to pass the wiring through the space between the floors. I left a voice message and he returned the call within a day to set an appointment and to understand the specifics of what I needed to insure that he brought the correct parts. He let me know up front that there was a minimum one-hour charge for the visit. On the day of the appointment, William arrived precisely at the agreed time. The light switch repair was a small job that only took about 15 minutes and I'm very happy with the quality of the job and the new switch. William asked if I had other electrical tasks needed doing so that I could get the full benefit of the hour. The only item I could think of was that the bulbs in the living room fixture needed to be replaced, but it's a cathedral ceiling and too high for me to reach. I did not have the correct bulbs on hand, so William drove to Home Depot, purchased the bulbs and then installed them for me, all within the one-hour charge.
