For starters, Brad came in with a knowledgeable presence and helpful attitude informing me I had some problematic drainage issues in my backyard. Not only did his team address this and install my irrigation & sod project, they did both for a very reasonable fee. Super professional, very helpful, friendly crew. Customer service far exceeds the numerous other landscapers I had by for a quote who didn't even acknowledge the drainage issue.
