"PHILIP IS THE REAL DEAL! He came on time and walked through the areas that needed to be fixed. When he spoke to me about the issues in the bathroom, I knew right away that he had a deep knowlege of everything that had to do with home building and repair. Philip was very fair with his pricing and did a BEAUTIFUL job on everything. I am so lucky to have found him. If you choose Philip you will not be sorry.,,,, Yes! he is that good!"

"Installed new door and frame. Lock in new door was installed upside-down. I had to reinstall lock bolt for door to lock. Door frame on the lock side is bowed so that there is more space half way up the frame between the door and the frame than at the upper and lower part of the door."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"Professional, in every meaning of the word. He showed up on time, gave an estimate of the work, well before it was expected, at an extremely reasonable price, and, when hired, did the work in the estimated time frame. He made sure the worksite was cleaned and looked exactly as it was before he started work. He sent a receipt for payment same day. I would, without hesitation, recommend him and hire him for my next project."
