They removed our old grass and some soil, sprayed the area with an herbicide to prevent unwanted grasses from returning, installed a gopher/mole guard, replaced the sprinkler heads, and installed new topsoil and sod. Saul was very quick to respond to our request for a bid and was very reasonable in his estimate and final costs for the project. I can't speak highly enough to characterize his professionalism, rapid follow-up to our questions and concerns, and great communication and friendly demeanor. They did a good job explaining and triple checked for leaks before they left. Of course they tried to upsell and gave us a metal trap they did not quote us upfront for. We would have chosen it over plastic, but price difference would need to be cleared upfront. That's the only negative. Otherwise, thus far we are very happy with the result.
