"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

His workers were here when they were supposed to be and did a very good job, especially considering digging in our clay soil is like digging in concrete. Tom himself came back a couple of times to make sure all was well and make adjustments to the new sprinkler system. Recently one of the new sprinkler timers went bad and Tom came to our house and took care of the problem. Overall, the work and professionalism displayed by Tom and his crew could not have been better. We were extremely pleased."

Will Crawford inspected the concrete slab under the floor and performed accurate measurements of the house leveling inside and outside the house. Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage. He provided unbiased recommendations about how to improve the floor leveling. I was very impressed by his professional ethics and technical knowledge. I will certainly trust Will in the future and I recommend him to anybody.
