He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "I recently contracted with Brothers and Brothers Builders to complete renovations on two bathrooms and expansion of the master bedroom walk in closet. This was my second remodeling project having completed a home rebuild a while ago, so I have prior experience working with contractors. Working with Brother and Brother Builders was just a great experience and the finished work is outstanding. Our Project Manager was Daniel Perez who did an excellent job communicating with us on a regular basis, was immediately accessible by text, staying on top of the project, and fulfilling our visions. Daniel even noticed finished items he did not like and had his crew return to redo the work. He was a delight to work with. "Bill and the rest of the Fine Point team were incredible.
They sanded and repainted a large kitchen with stained oak cabinets. Since the oak didn't take the paint like other woods, they applied an extra coat of primer and and extra finishing coat to make sure that it looked the way we hoped. They used a spray, which helped give the cabinets a professional, uniform coat. They look fantastic.
When the paint dried, some of the cabinets didn't close properly. This is not a criticism?when we told Bill, he came by the next day to fix those that were misaligned (which could have happened in any project), so the final kitchen looked perfect.
The whole team was really friendly. They put in extra hours to make sure the job was done well, and honored their initial estimate, which was completely reasonably compared to some estimates we received.
They touched up several areas of the house. When we couldn't find a matching paint for the upstairs bathroom, Bill repainted the entire wall with another paint, and he did it for a nominal fee.
What can I say? The team was patient with us as clients, thorough with the job, and masters of the craft. Our house looks fantastic, and I'd hire them or recommend them in a heartbeat.

"Sid has done some work for me before, and he is always prompt, professional, and friendly.  This time he installed three curtain rods for me in addition to hanging a large mirror on the wall.  He was very careful to make they were mounted exactly where and how I wanted them, and I am very pleased with how everything turned out.  He has a lot of attention to detail, and is very careful and deliberate with measurements, which I appreciate.

"The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up.  They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay.

The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive.

I find TerraVenti easy to work with.  The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work.
