He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "We hired Gary in January to upgrade the writing in our garage, which he did successfully. The second half of the writing project between the house and the garage remains unfinished. Overhead lights in the kitchen were replaced, but didn't finish replacing the lights in the hall. One light in the kitchen has been blinking and we haven't been able to show him to find out why. His work is good, he is a nice guy, it's just we are 't has been difficult to get back. We call, three times we have waited for his arrival and then he didn't arrive. Now it's mid-March and we are still mid project. Going out today to find someone to finish the job.
