"These people cleaned up what Carpet Man cheated me on. Carpet Man had left the rug soaking wet. I thought it would dry but in 2 days it didn't. Carpet Pro came out on an emergency to kill the bacteria that had accumulated. They also cleaned and said that Carpet Man had not even cleaned. It was still dirty. They told me that Carpet Man had a bad reputation. So why did you give them 4 stars? Anyhow so far, Carpet Pro is very good and kind."

"Bryan was very knowledgeable about the stains in my carpet. He acknowledged that one particular stain has worked its way into the interior part of the carpet and would likely work its way to the top of the carpet again over time. Eventually, with multiple cleanings, the stain would be gone. I appreciated the facts. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job."
