They wore their shoes in the house instead of booties. Shoes appear to be dirty. I requested three rugs to be cleaned but they only were prepared to do two as there is miscommunication on their end. They did end up cleaning the third rug however

Dan used Eco friendly materials. We have very expensive carpets. Dan made sure he cleaned the carpets by hand since they were very delicate. Carpets came out beautiful. Dan hand cleaned our couched and they came out beautiful. Highly recommend Heavenly Carpet and very reasonable.
