"Eric’s carpet and upholstery did a amazing job. Had my carpets shampooed last year by a different company and there was a few stains that didn’t come out but with Eric he was able to knock them out like nothing… Would highly recommend to any one looking for carpet cleaning services."

"THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST!!  Brought in 4 large 8x10 ft rugs, runners and few other smaller rugs to be cleaned before we packed them up to move.  We have 2 dogs, and there had been a few "accidents" so I wasn't expecting a miracle - just wanted them as clean as possible.  We were kind of expecting to just get new rugs after we moved, but all together, this was ~ $8000 worth of rugs to purchase to we wanted to at least try this first.  |This company took care of all rugs, wrapped them up like they were new, had them ready in only a few days (oh - and I had brought them in on the same day I called too so didn't even have an appt), AND they delivered the rugs to our home once they were ready!!!!!!!   The price was incredibly reasonable - we gave them extra bc they just did such a great job and were so efficient and friendly.  Actually, when they gave me the initial Quote, I thought it was a "per rug" quote bc it seemed so low!!!!   I think it was somewhere in the $500-600 range - TOTAL!  In the past, we have paid 3-4 x that for rug cleanings - and the job was not as thorough and didn't offer delivery.  |When we unpacked after moving and unwrapped our rugs - it was literally like the day we bought them - they were brand new again!  |We would definitely use this company for the rest of our lives if we still lived in California, but we moved far away.  |I cannot possibly give these guys a higher recommendation, as this company saved us thousands of dollars and truly is THE BEST!"

"Everything went just fine with them.  Their price was competitive and right there with everybody else.  The quality of their work was good.  They did what we asked them to do and they did a good job.  Their punctuality was very good and they were very professional.  They had all the equipments they needed so they didn't have to run back and forth.  They wore booties to protect the carpet they had already cleaned. They did a great job."

Carpet Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Steam cleaning is generally considered better than shampooing for deep cleaning carpets. Also known as hot water extraction, steam cleaning uses heat to penetrate deep into the carpet fibers, effectively removing dirt, allergens, and bacteria without leaving behind a sticky residue. This method also tends to cause less wear on your carpet over time and leaves the fibers feeling softer. While a steamer can be more expensive, the cost is often justified by the longevity of your carpet. Shampooing may be a suitable option for quickly fixing odors or cleaning minor surface stains. However, it can leave behind a soapy film that attracts more dirt, defeating the purpose of the cleaning. The best choice depends on your needs; for a thorough, deep clean, steam is the superior option, while shampooing can handle light, surface-level dirt.

You can use rug shampoo on an oriental rug, but you need to make sure you use a natural, non-abrasive shampoo. While other carpets made from synthetic fiber can stand up to harsh chemicals, the natural material—sheep’s wool, cotton, silk, or camel hair—that goes into an oriental rug will break down and get damaged if they come in contact with traditional rug shampoos. In many cases, it’s best to let a professional assess your carpet and determine which gentle shampoo would be most appropriate.

Your cat may pee in the house in spots where cats have previously left urine stains, so make sure to clean any pet urine stains thoroughly. Avoid using ammonia cleaners if you have cats, as the smell can also attract them to relieve themselves.

Steam cleaning a couch should get rid of most smells, but there are some more potent smells that require a bit more work than steam cleaning. For instance, steam cleaning won’t likely get the smell of pee out of a couch. To remove urine odor from a couch, you’ll most likely need to use an enzymatic cleaner, which targets the smell and stain.

Vinegar is great at lifting food-based stains from carpets and upholstery, but some people prefer to avoid using this strong-smelling cleaner out of fear that the scent will linger long after getting rid of the spot. If you're not afraid of the pungent smell, try mixing equal parts vinegar and water in a spray bottle in place of the DIY solution we suggested above. Then, use these tips to remove the smell of vinegar from your home.
