I would diffently recommend them to anyone who wants there carpet cleaned instead of using a chain business this small business was always in constant contact with me updating me on how long they would take to get to our home. they even had a closing and called to see if i could do earlier since he had an opening. They were very professional and showed us all the dirt that was in our carpet. while he was there he even gave us prices on cleaning sofas and tile.

I would give him a 10++ if it were possible. His pricing is incredible - to be honest, I feel I should be paying more for his service due to the customer service and quality of the work. Bill is a genuine good person that I can count on and who is always a pleasure to work with. For example, I had a whole bottle of red wine spilled onto the carpet and Bill was over immediately to help - and he returned three days in a row to ensure he got the stain out - very impressive. I have already recommended and will continue without hesitation.
