It wasn’t great at all. They come really quick and they are just really not good at all. It cost a lot. I cleaned my house after they cleaned it. They cleaned the carpets and their cleaning job was horrible. The carpet was lot better. I totally talked to them and I wanted some kind of gift voucher. He sent me a money order. I asked him why don’t you send me a cheque. The people who lived at my house were getting nails and they told me. I realized there was something funny with the nail box. It was just a mess. The money that the guy told he sent I don’t think he ever sent. They didn’t clean very well and with the carpets they could have got more of the stains out. Their cleaning job was poor. They were very friendly and very nice. They didn’t have good equipment. The cleaning job was offered in parts. They were supposed to use their own cleaning supplies but they used my cleaning supplies. They told they had their own stuff but they had none. They were really a crappy outfit. It was just really bad. They kind of cleaned but not really. I had to go back and re-clean everything. I talked to the guy. I walked on my kitchen floor with socks on and my socks were dirty. I told him that they should not advertise that service because they don’t know how to clean. It seemed like they would do a great job and they were really nice but they just didn’t. They responded well. They were punctual but it was crappy work. They were pretty professional. They weren’t just that great.
