I was so impressed with both his manual skills and his use of technology that I accepted his offer on the spot. Pete took his measurements, ordered the glass, and delivered and installed in a little more than a week. He used his best skills to not only assess the feasibility of the project but he educated me to his thinking. If he had failed I would have had to replace both doors in a French-door set, which would have been 10x the cost of the repair."
