"Dylan was 100% professional, courteous and did a great job!!! He is comparably priced to other companies. He replaced our front door, hardware and did an interior door repair. He showed up to do the estimate, and then a day later picked our door up for us, installed and had us up and running within a few hours. One small piece (kickplate) wasn’t available; he ordered it returned a week later and installed it without us needing to check in or anything. He disposed of our old door and all other trash as well as keeping a super clean work area. He repaired our interior door so quickly I didn’t even know he had moved on to do it. "In one visit, Dave completed my "to do" list of small fixes around the house (about 13 tasks - from remounting wire grid (holding up jasmine) on my wood fence that had fallen off, secured shower handle , resolved several caulking issues , revamped a couple of electrical plugs, replaced weatherstripping on kitchen door and added all new baseboards in garage (moving washer/dryer) to something as simple as removing both bathroom fans so I could clean and then re-positioned them (thin mounting wires very difficult to manage in such tight space in ceiling box!) "Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
