This is the third time Jerry has done repairs for my house.  He is always professional, prepared, and personable. When I called, since it wasn't a crisis, he came as soon as he had an opening.   He came and assessed my old hot water heater, determined it needed to be replaced (it was 15 years old).He explained the problems and options to me. He installed a new one, changing some of the old plumbing to meet current requirements, and as always, cleaned up.

"Outstanding work!  I plan to hire them again for my next project.  The owner, Rick responded promptly to my call and was very professional and efficient. He provided a detailed list of what was to be included in the job.  The crew of five men arrived on time, moved furniture out of the way, prepped the area carefully and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. 
Although it wasn't included in the contract, the crew did some additional touch up painting of some doors & baseboards"since we already have the trim paint open."  I had also asked if I could use their ladder to clean and change lightbulbs in the hard to reach chandelier;  I came home and found that they did it for me.  I expected that with the additional work done that they might add on to the bill, but they didn't.  Instead I was more than happy to give the crew a good tip.

"Glen and the crew from 4 Corners Construction were professionals throughout the entire process. The entire team was respectful of our time, budget and household. My family (with two small children) was able to live in the house despite the work being done for the entire duration of the process. The was due in large part to the methodical way they approached the job, and the clean up they did at the end of each day. I will hire 4 Corners Construction again, and will be recommending their services to all of my family and friends. They did a phenomenal job."

The crew came out a few days before painting to pressure wash our house. They returned and started taping and preparing for paint. They completed all necessary small repairs to the house prior to paint. We gave them the paint colors and they went and bought the paint for us. They extended the deal they received on the paint to us. They completed all the work per agreement. They did a great job and they were very pleasant to work with. We had no troubles at all. They are very busy people so the communication wasn't always on time, but; when it came down to it they did what they said they would do and our house looks like a brand new house! We are very happy with the work they performed. Thanks
