"Mauricio won the bid with a precise explanation of their intent (he looked under the house) and by a good margin, the lowest quote. His team began on a variety of items including drains, irrigation and plumbing (large scope 3 days). Excellent results. "Tony was communicative, explains what the issue is and provided a reasonable solution without having to break the bank. He corrected and fixed my sprinkler system and few other items around the yard. His crew knew what they were going with minimal supervision and cleaned the whole yard.
