Vinny took my ideas for a design, made some recommendations, even suggested a few elements which I hadn't considered (picket fence around my vegetable garden & compost areas). After the initial consultation and agreement, I discovered that he also installs golf putting greens, so we added that to our project as well - We're extremely pleased with our new backyard. I called on Tuesday afternoon and he showed up at 6:40 Am (for scheduled 7am - his suggested time). Rather than just replacing the one broken valve he replaced all antiquted valves and replaced sprinkler heads. He was done by 9:30 am and everything was tested and worked. I had him change one of the sprinkler heads because I didn't want the water hitting my car. Immediately done. He also mentioned other work that he felt I should do but I didn't opt to do it

In 2017, we had System Pavers of Union City replace most all our hardscape around our home with new pavers and artificial turf. They also installed an extensive drip irrigation system and landscape lighting throughout our property. Drainage systems were installed as well. It was a enormous project involving numerous crews specializing in different aspects of the installation. In fact, we even requested that they place a basketball key, free throw and 3-point line in our driveway, all in pavers, and it came out superbly. The property now looks gorgeous, we’ve received many compliments from anyone who has visited, and have even seen walkers who pass by taking pictures of our property. Cesar Guzman was the project manager throughout this massive project, and I have nothing but the highest compliments to give to him. He is a very good listener, communicates any questions or concerns we have to his crew, and is meticulous in his follow up to ensure all is done to our satisfaction. He is a great coordinator yet, has demonstrated an exemplary work ethic by performing follow up labor himself when needed, if anything is not as it should be. If there are any issues that arise, he brainstorms and follows up with suggestions and options to create solutions to solve them. This month, we had them complete the rest of the hardscape work around our 3-car garage, including the installation of channel drains that five downspouts flow into. Of course, we asked for Cesar again, and was elated to hear that he would once again be the project manager for this job. Kudos to System Pavers of Union City, and especially to Cesar Guzman

"Oswald came out to the Job site on Sunday, we discussed what work needed to be completed i.e. remove and replace sprinkler system valves, remove and replace galvanize pipes, and fix broken pipe that was located underground. We agreed to a price and Oswald completed the work when he said he would to my satisfaction and the price he agreed to.
We do just about any type of landscaping jobs and have been in business for 13 years.

"Ken was very prompt coming out and giving us a quote when we inquired on Angie's list. Ken and team came out and removed the old lawn rototilled, and got our sprinklers working. He setup the sprinklers on a timer and everything looked beautiful. A couple days later we noticed a leak coming out from the ground near one of the risers. I called Ken and he came out the same day. He found the source of the leak and fixed it. This all happened on a weekend. We were impressed with his dedication to make sure we were satisfied. I recommend Ken to anyone needing landscape services at a reasonable price.
We have a fairly small crew in order to oversee all projects in process. Sub-contracting usually isn't necessary. We ask for a $1,000 deposit and then the payments are broken up into equal payments distributed throughout the project.

"I hired Gemini Construction after another contractor was incapable of completing the job to my satisfaction. Armondo responded promptly and began work shortly thereafter. He gave me a timeline and stuck to it. I had a vision of what I wanted my bathroom to look like and he brought it to life. He paid attention to details. I was surprised he was able to do the entire job by himself as the tiles were very large format and pretty heavy (48" H × 48" W x 0.5" D). I wanted the tile to be stacked and lined up a certain way and he accomplished that. I even wanted to add more tile when he was almost finished and he was very accommodating.
Everything the first company I hired said they couldn't do, he could and did. He even had to fix things that they messed up and ended up saving me money. I would hire him again for any future renovations! I LOVE my new bathroom.
