"They were okay. But the issue is occurring again. I don't know if it's the product or the service. They had to take out the electrical board. The electrical board was under warranty. He took it to the actual company. They gave him a whole new one and he came back to install it. Then, they had to come out again because the gate wouldn't open. He came to adjust it. I kind of got frustrated with the guy because the guy started putting down the product. The next time he came, he was nice and courteous. They did lower the price for me. They were agreeable to that."

"They were great. We had called several other gate companies on Angie's list and my husband explicitly explained what the problem was and they all quoted $150-$250 dollars. This company charged us $95 and came the same day we called.

"I had a damaged gate. David had previously given me a lower bid than the contractor we hired, but the other contractor was referred to me by a close friend who is a contractor (so we went with him). Although that contractor was fine, he was impossible to reach and the job took a long time to finish as a result. So, when we had a problem with our other gate, I called David! He was amazing. He came out to fix the gate that day. He was on time, and communicated extremely well with us. He did nothing without prior approval and explained the pricing, depending on the problem. He could have easily sold us a new gate motor, but instead fixed it for $245, including TWO visits. This was a bargain for the amount of work that he did, including testing of the parts back at his shop."

"The job was scheduled to begin early December and would complete before Christmas Eve.  Patios By B&B started as promised, very neat and completed well before their commitment !  Everything I was promised was delivered and I couldn't have been more pleased ever step of the way.

I would highly recommend Patios By B&B and I do.

Thanks so much to Jeff, Dan and their crew!!"
