He also poured a 10 x 10 area of concrete in an area adjacent to my patio floor, installing a drain and drainage pipe, as well. Finally, he resurfaced the existing concrete patio floor, painted it and sealed it. Inoke was professional, flexible, informative and kept me apprised of the production schedule. "I called CXC Contracting because I had noticed uneven floor in one room of the house. Will Crawford inspected the concrete slab under the floor and performed accurate measurements of the house leveling inside and outside the house. Despite the uneven floor, he concluded that the house did not need any foundation repair and that the uneven floor was caused by imperfections of the concrete.slab. He spent a lot of time in my house and provided an objective assessment of the house foundations not influenced by considerations of personal advantage.
