"TME did a great job.  They demolished and removed the entire existing rotted deck and rail at our 100-yr old home.  The new deck required that a new floor frame be built first without nailing it to the deck surface so as not to puncture the underlying waterproof layer of tar.  The frame had to be constantly adjusted to create a reasonable amount of slope for drainage while providing a comfortable level surface to walk on.  Finally, a beautiful hardwood deck was installed with rails to perfectly match the style of the home - all custom work.  We were very happy with the result.  Great guys to work with.  My dog made new friends, too!

"If you're looking for an Electrician that is knowledgeable and reasonable then Raul is the Electrician you definitely want to hire. I had him relocate a ceiling fan, add outlets and switches and he did it at a reasonable price. I am going to use him and refer him to family and friends. Thank you Raul and Michael I am a very happy customer!"

Mr. Dove didn't do the work.  It was two of his employees or subcontractors.  The installation of the wiring, ceiling fan and ceiling light went fine, but the drywall repair wasn't that good.  The texture they sprayed on the walls didn't even remotely match the existing wall texture, so their patch job was obvious.  Also, they didn't reconnect something in one of the outlets so only the top socket worked.  When I notified Mr. Dove, he came out the next day to fix it.  I was impressed by Mr. Dove's professionalism, and would hire him again provided he did the work.

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

If you think your fan needs to be oiled, the first thing that you have to do is cut the power to the fan. The best and safest way to do this is by flipping the circuit breaker that leads to that room.  Depending on the model of your fan, you may need to remove a cover. Look for a hole labeled oil. If there isn't one, check the manual or look for schematics online. Once located, use the recommended lubricant or spray.

Yes, you can run an attic fan with the AC on. In fact, you don’t have a choice with a passive attic fan. Plus, when an attic fan draws out hot air from the attic, it helps regulate the temperature of your whole home, so your AC doesn't have to work as hard.

Exhaust fans push air out of spaces, removing moisture, heat, odors, and pollutants. They vent air outside through ducts, preventing mold and improving air quality. Unlike ventilation fans, which circulate fresh air in and out, exhaust fans focus solely on expelling unwanted indoor air.

Depending on the thickness of the carpet, it can take anywhere from 4 to 12 hours for carpet to dry with a fan. The humidity and temperature of the room also play a role in drying time, as added moisture in the air can result in longer drying time.

Regularly clean fan grilles, check for dust buildup, and ensure proper venting to prevent mold growth.
