"They destroyed the whole pipes that caused flooding to my neighbors. The water was off and every other day we need to go out to the street to turn it on. This company denied the responsibility but later reimbursed me for the first leak repair after employee acknowledging doing partial work. This project aims to address and fix the extensive leaks. Must be completely replaced, cause of leaks appears to be from over heating of the copper as locations are at ALL connections and bends in the pipe, too much to patch. "We had broken underground pipes that flooded ours and attached neighbors houses. We have a shared meter, with neighbors having their own shutoff, we did not. After 3 quotes, we felt most confident in Harry. He installed a shutoff valve for us, and now neighbors and us are not dependent on each other’s water. He then isolated and replaced the damaged pipes. He was able to do this without further damage to the house. He came in less than verbal quote and never tried to upsell, which was an issue with one of the other companies. We are very happy with Harry’s work, would highly recommend him."
