We provide nationally certified inspections and cleaning by technicians licensed by the Chimney Safety Institute of America.

Safety matters to me, and all messes are cleaned up each day. I recycle all usable building materials removed from jobs through Habit For Humanity and make every attempt to build “green”. I have been in the construction field all my life and have held my current State License since 1988.

"It went well. I was quoted a price on the phone and when they got to my home and realized they had brought the wrong part, they made arrangements to return the next day. However, the price they gave me was more than what I was quoted on the phone. The manager Kim, listened to my original phone call that was made and called me back saying I was quoted the wrong price on the phone. They stood by what I was originally quoted and I really appreciated that. They apologized saying the person I spoke with was still a little new but they honored the price I was quoted."

The easiest way to empty a propane tank is to simply use it until no propane remains. If you’re short on time and need a faster solution, transfer the propane to another tank instead. Wear leather gloves to protect your hands, then connect the hoses from both propane tanks and seal them tightly. Turn the knob to open the supply tank valve on the full tank and let it run until the pressure pushes all the propane into the other tank.
