THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND TIMELY. THEY ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WERE DOING WHEN THEY WERE DOING IT. NO SURPRISES. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN, HOPEFULLY I WON'T HAVE TOO, BUT I DEFINITELY WOULD.

The men kept the work area clean, not scattering dirty tools all over the counters and floor. This can't be said about some other plumbers. The men, themselves were clean wearing disposable booties. As an extra plus, they were courteous.
