"Very positive experience! First, the contractor contacted me immediately and we scheduled a visit for the next morning, however, during the evening, the tech texted me several times with questions and details regarding the sliding door so he could procure the correct parts, he showed up the next morning with the correct parts. The tech was extremely courteous and certainly knew what he was doing because he had the door repaired and working perfectly in less than an hour! I would definitely not hesitate using this contractor again. Well done!"

"Joel can do anything and everything! He has worked for us on and off for several years and has done some major remodeling. He put in kitchen and dining room cabinets, new living room and kitchen flooring, a new walk in shower and more!! Joel will sit with you and brainstorm the most economical, practical and beautiful plan to improve your home. My friends have been in awe at the beautiful work that was done on our home!! We highly recommend Korl and this company!!"

Small jobs welcome

"We hired Ed Recinos to repair several drywall holes and couldn’t be happier with the results. They patched, sanded, and repainted everything so smoothly you can’t even tell there was damage. They also replaced all of our door hardware with a new color, which completely refreshed the look of our home. Super professional, detail-oriented, and left everything clean. Highly recommend."

Customers say: True professional

"Our landscaping in Menlo Park needed a complete refresh. The team replaced thirsty plants with drought-tolerant options that still provide plenty of color and curb appeal. We're using much less water without sacrificing appearance."

"On time to appointment, Andrey carefully uninstalled a cabinet from the laundry room. He put the uninstalled cabinet in the garage as requested. He put the screws inside the installed cabinet. He was careful not to damage dryer, walls or door."

Mailbox Repair questions, answered by experts

You can fix a ripped faux leather couch using the exact same process and materials outlined in this guide. Simply clean and trim the area, insert a patch, apply your adhesive, and let it set.

Yes, professionals can color-match new or repaired stucco to existing finishes to ensure a seamless and uniform appearance. While most providers offer this service, it is recommended to confirm with them beforehand.

To treat sun-damaged furniture, clean the surface thoroughly to remove dirt and debris. Next, assess the damage: Consider refinishing or applying a protective sealant for faded finishes. Apply furniture oil or conditioner to restore moisture to cracked or dry wood. Remember, the best way to treat your furniture is to prevent damage in the first place. Regular maintenance and preventive measures will keep your furniture looking its best. Lastly, it may be best to consult a professional furniture restorer or refinisher for expert repairs and restoration in severe cases.

Ongoing maintenance of your leather furniture is the only way to prevent it from peeling and cracking. Real leather will peel and crack as it dries out. Leather conditioners are a great way to protect your leather furniture from drying out, and you’ll need to apply it about twice each year. It’s also a good idea to keep abrasive materials away from your leather to prevent cracking and peeling, including belt buckles, shoes, and multi-surface cleaners, especially those that contain alcohol.

Use appropriate thickness materials—3/4-inch sides for heavy loads, proper joinery techniques, and quality hardware rated for your intended weight. Avoid overloading drawers beyond their design capacity, and periodically check and tighten any loose fasteners.
