When I agreed to the work, the technician worked efficiently to repair my freezer with little impact to my day to day business around the house. When your refrigerator stops working on a holiday weekend it's difficult to find someone to come out. Derick came in a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. And it was a big problem - a bad compressor. He had the parts and got it taken care of so we could enjoy the weekend.
