Have been trying to reach this company to complete the job but my calls are not returned? have paid for the additional work already? All I need is a replacement water filter which the technician ? forgot? to bring with him when he replaced my ice maker?-

The Technician arrived on time, worked efficiently to diagnose the issue. He communicated the problem to me in clear terms and answered my questions and allowed me to decide if I wanted to continue the repair process. When I agreed to the work, the technician worked efficiently to repair my freezer with little impact to my day to day business around the house. While working, he answered any questions I had about the repair and process. When finished, he cleaned up the work site and explained what work was done and what to expect. Responded quickly on a holiday week and had the right part to get the fridge operating. Cost was fair to the quick service.

When your refrigerator stops working on a holiday weekend it's difficult to find someone to come out. Derick came in a couple of hours and was able to fix the problem. And it was a big problem - a bad compressor. He had the parts and got it taken care of so we could enjoy the weekend.

Came on a weekend and late in the day which was much appreciated given the urgency to get our fridge/freezer working again!

Originally ordered part and installed it. Now we are getting the same error message and they are not responding to emails or calls.

They came promptly but were reluctant to repair the Whirlpool refrigerator due to cost and recommended we get a new one. This unit is approx. 3 1/2 years old.

They came on a Sunday and were pleasant and knowledgeable and I was pleased. I would use again.

They were very prompt and did good work.
